Return & Exchange Eligibility
Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
Condition Requirements:
- Product must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and accessories included
- Product must be free from any damage, scratches, or signs of use
- Proof of purchase required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product specialization in mobile device components, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened software or firmware components
- Installation-damaged parts (components with physical damage from attempted installation)
- Compatibility-specific components where the customer verified specifications before purchase
- Custom or special order items
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

- Include all accessories and documentation
- Place RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship using a trackable method
Step 4: Processing and Refund

Refund Timeline and Methods
Refund Processing Time:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return approval
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval
